I've come to like the show more then I would ever though, and seeing this makes me like it even more. good job, like the facial detail/expressions. Will there ever be a chance you will do one for adventure time?

sort of my move to the states and going to an art school with people that make me believe i can do whatever i want ...still human inside but outside...lion symbolizes a lot of stuff in different cultures..the space\galaxy texture is cuz even the lion is not enough to symbolize my feelings
space is...endless ,everything .
or something like that ...not exactly sure but it felt right [:

What kind of lighting are you trying to work with? And how about shadowing? I like it by the way, jsut curious though.

I just wanted to get something soft but still reading with actual form. This is the first time i really tried to make a value scale and make sure things have depth, I hope I pulled it off!

Kinda looks like you lol. I like it though, the proportions are nice, and the background shading is awesome. The amount of facial details is wonderful, like the raise/high cheek bones.
