Kinda reminds me from something from outlaw star, it is beautiful though.

Oh. I tried to figure out - how to use Overlay and coloring layers in photoshop. And how to combine, my beloved, hard brush with very soft brush.
I wanted to find faster and easiest way for me to blend tones
